Trend Graphs

Having a visual representation of trends is very useful way of showing  data so that it is easily understood. You can chose the trend frequency (ie the time interval being used to measure trend). The options are:

  • Daily - shows the trend on a daily basis over the selected period (Min period 1 week)
  • Weekly - shows the trend on a weekly basis over the selected period (Min period 2 weeks)
  • Monthly - shows the trend on a monthly basis over the selected period (Min period 2 months)
  • Quarterly - shows the trend on a quarterly basis over the selected period (Min period 6 months)
  • Annually - shows the trend on a year on year daily basis over the selected period (Min period 2 years)

NOTE: The  selected period MUST be greater than the trend interval. E.g. you can’t display trend information for a period of less than a quarter (3 months) or a custom period of 2 months. For short periods like this you would need to trend on a weekly or daily basis.
